Spellbinders – June Small Die of the Month and Stamp Club

Hi Crafty Friends! I love the start of the month it’s always such an exciting time to see the Spellbinders Club releases each month! This month is amazing and I had a lot of fun working with the Small Die of the Month, as well as the Clear Stamp of the Month! These kits are amazing and the value is so awesome! So let’s get started! This month’s Small Die set is a Colorblock landscape! It is a fun set to work with and I know it will be a staple in my craft room to create colorful cards! I started by taking the largest die in the set (landscape) and die cut this using 5 different color card stocks. I used my Spellbinders Platinum machine for all my die cutting today. I then set these aside on my table. I then die cut the block/ray die using a yellow card stock. I die cut this multiple times and set these aside.

Next I started to assemble all of my die cuts. I wanted to create a scene using all the various colors. I assembled everything directly on my A2 card base. Once I had everything laid out, I started to adhere each piece. I worked from the bottom of the card, to the top of the card. Once it was assembled, it was time to work on my sentiments. I chose 2 sentiments from the June Clear Stamp of the Month. The circle sentiments are amazing and fit directly inside the circle die cut. I stamped the sentiments using black ink. I then die cut the circle sentiment using the circle die included in the June Small Die of the Month. I then trimmed the sub sentiment into a sentiment strip. I adhered both sentiments using foam tape.

I had a lot of fun using this die set! I know this set will be a favorite in my collection!
